Water Outage

Austin Water has an upcoming maintenance project to repair a deficient pressure reducing valve located on Courtyard Drive near Loop 360 access road. This valve is located on the pipeline that supplies water to the Courtyard HOA. A water shutout is needed for this repair and will be implemented starting at 8pm on Wednesday, January 29 and last for up to 12 hours (and possibly longer if any unexpected field circumstances arise). During this time, the Courtyard HOA will not have water service.
Austin Water will set up a bottled water distribution drive-thru site at 5019 TX-360 Loop, Austin, TX 78746
in the parking lot adjacent to the Loop 360 boat ramp on the south side of Lake Austin. It will operate beginning 4 p.m., Wed., Jan. 29, until service is restored Thurs., Jan. 30.
When service is restored, we recommend running water from an outdoor spigot or bathtub for a few minutes before using it in your kitchen. This helps flush any air pockets or sediment that may have settled in the pipes during the outage.
